Meet Charles

I am passionate about fiscal responsibility and believe that the government should be held accountable for how they use taxpayer money. I want to ensure that government programs are run efficiently and effectively, and I believe that serving as State Auditor would give me the opportunity to monitor government spending and hold officials accountable for any misuse or waste of public funds.

I am a strong believer in transparency and believe that the public has the right to know how their tax dollars are being spent. If elected, I will work tirelessly to ensure that government agencies are transparent in their operations, and that all financial transactions are open to public scrutiny.

I am passionate about public service, and I believe that serving as State Auditor would be an excellent opportunity to give back to my community and my state. I want to ensure that the government is operating in the best interest of its citizens.

In addition to his professional pursuits, Charles is also an active member of the Republican party in North Carolina. He began by serving as a precinct chair in Wake County and then became the Chairman of the Wake County Young Republicans, where he served for two terms. He later became the 1st Vice Chair of the Wake County Republican Party and served as Chairman for the 13th congressional district.

Charles’ tireless dedication to the Republican party has not gone unnoticed. At the 2022 North Carolina Federation of Young Republicans awards dinner, Charles was awarded Man of the Year in recognition of his outstanding contributions and service to the party and North Carolina.

When he’s not working or participating in political activities, Charles enjoys spending time with his wife Stephanie and their beloved dog Maggie. The couple recently celebrated the birth of their child Molly in June last year.
