Meet Jeffrey
Jeffrey Elmore is a conservative candidate for North Carolina Lieutenant Governor and proudly represents the 94th House District in the North Carolina House of Representatives.
Together with his wife Laura and their children, Jeffrey continues to call North Wilkesboro home. He is a conservative who gets things done. As your Lieutenant Governor, Jeffrey Elmore will be a champion of conservative values and will always work for a brighter future for North Carolina.

A true son of Wilkes County, Jeffrey’s roots run deep into its soil. He is a distinguished North Carolina Teaching Fellow and an alumnus of Appalachian State University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. Upon graduation, he started working in the classroom and is currently in his twenty-third year as a dedicated teacher in Wilkes County Schools.
A keen advocate for education, Jeffrey held the presidency of Professional Educators of North Carolina (PENC). His commitment to moving North Carolina forward is echoed in his service on the board of the Blue Ridge Opportunity Commission (BROC), an organization that supervises the Head Start program and supports underprivileged citizens in Wilkes, Ashe, and Alleghany counties.
